- Dipl. Ing. / Master
- at least 10 years of working experience
- at least 3 years of consulting experience
- at least 3 industries
- Projects in the area of organization / methodology / human resources
Engineer / Consultant
- Dipl. Ing. / Master
- at least 5 years of working experience
- at least 1 years of consulting experience
- at least 2 industries
- Projects in at least 2 areas
Junior Engineer / Consultant
- Bachelor
- at least 2 years of working experience
- Consulting experience
